AEG Power Solutions (AEG PS), a manufacturer of power electronic systems and solutions for industrial power supplies and renewable energy, has entered into a supply deal with an unspecified Europe-based engineering, procurement and construction contractor.
The deal covers utility-scale PV equipment and services for nine solar plants totaling 240 MW in eastern Europe. The company will provide solar inverter stations based on TKS-C containerized outdoor stations, including central inverters, transformers and medium-voltage switchgear, and a comprehensive monitoring and supervision system (PV Guard) provided by AEG PS' subsidiary, skytron energy.
AEG PS will deliver and commission the equipment on site. All equipment is expected to be installed this year.
